Margarita Guacamole

What you need:
* 4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
* 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
* 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
* 3 Tbsp. good quality tequila
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 3 Tbsp. red onion, minced
* 2 tsp. serrano pepper, minced (optional)
* 2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
* 1 tsp. coarse sea salt
* 1 tsp. black pepper
What to do:
1. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, orange juice, and tequila leaving chunks of avocado if you like guacamole with texture.
2. Add the garlic, onion, serrano, cilantro, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips or a healthier option, jicama sticks.

Beverage Pairing: Margaritas on the rocks or light beer with a lime.
