Tenderloin Steaks with Horseradish Cream

What you need:
* 4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1-in. thick (4-oz. ea.)
* 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
* 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
* 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
* salt

Horseradish Cream:
* 1/4 c. sour cream
* 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
* 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
What to do:
1. Combine garlic, thyme and pepper; press evenly onto beef steaks.
2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
3. Grill, covered, 10-14 min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 11-15 min.) for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
4. Meanwhile, combine Horseradish Cream ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to use. Season steaks with salt, as desired. Serve with Horseradish Cream.
