Sesame Fish Bites

4 - 6 oz. whiting fillets, skinned and cut into 3" pieces |
4 Tbsp. sesame seeds |
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped |
4 Tbsp. oatbran cereal |
salt and pepper, to taste |
2 Tbsp. maple syrup or clear honey |
oil, for greasing |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds, parsley, oatbran and pepper together.
3. Coat fish pieces with maple syrup and the sesame mixture.
4. Lay the fish pieces evenly over a lightly oiled roasting dish. Bake 20 min, until golden brown.
5. Serve with potato waffles, sweetcorn and ketchup.
