Wisconsin Provolone and Duck Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
1 (12 in.) pre-baked pizza crust
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mild provolone cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded aged provolone cheese
4 oz. pre-cooked duck sausage, sliced into coins
1/2 c. sliced shiitake mushrooms
1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
1/4 c. diced yellow bell pepper
1 Tbsp. roasted, chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped chives

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan or large baking sheet. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the provolone cheeses over the sauce. Arrange the sausage over the cheese. Arrange the mushrooms and peppers on top of the sausage. Sprinkle the roasted garlic over the top.

2. Bake for 9 to 11 min. or until the crust is lightly browned. Sprinkle the chives over the top of the pizza.
